Description
Because Backlinks are so useful, it may deserve a prominent position at the page top and an enticing new name: Topics, Categories, LinkMania, InLink, Inzilla, Linkzilla, Catzilla, Topzilla, Linkage, Related, …, MegaLink, ???

The default page layout groups the links in logical sets: Site-wide menu is at the top, page-specific views are at the bottom. You can move the groups or individual links with CSS easily, if you like a different layout. "Backlinks" is a traditional name in the wiki world, I'd rather not invent new and confusing terminology (I was considering mediawiki's "what links here", but it's too long and unwieldly).
